Pet Policy

Maximum of 2 animals per residence.  Breed restrictions apply, contact the leasing office for more details.
A non-refundable animal fee, $350 for one animal or $500 for two animals, is due at move in.  Monthly animal fee is $35 per animal.

River Station’s apartment homes are LEED certified, LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design and is a nationally accepted third-party rating system for sustainability.
