Yes, residents can opt to pay their rent online with a credit card or checking account through the Rent Café Online Payments and Portal available on our website. This independent, third-party payment service provider is not affiliated with River Station and residents must accept their terms of service agreement to participate.
To accommodate the many professionals who move to our community for positions at West Chester University or the numerous corporations located throughout the area, River Station offers short-term furnished leases. There is a three-month minimum, and rates vary depending on the floor plan size.
Our apartments include many amenities and conveniences, such as private patios or balconies, quartz counters, stainless appliances, French door refrigerators, tile back splashes in the kitchen, gas ranges, huge pass-through closets, linen closets in some floor plans, full-size washers and dryers, frame-less shower doors and wood-inspired flooring. The whole community is LEED gold certified. By living in a LEED-certified building, our residents see the benefits of lower utility costs, waste reduction, water conservation, and greenhouse gas emission reductions.
We want our residents to enjoy every inch of River Station. That’s why we offer a variety of community amenities. River Station welcomes all humans and their furry family members! Our pet policy allows 2 animals (dogs or cats) per apartment with a one-time non-refundable animal fee of $350 for one pet and $500 for two pets along with a monthly pet fee of $35 per animal. Please note: River Station’s pet policy does contain restrictions on certain dog breeds, so please speak with a leasing agent today for more information.
