This independent, third-party payment service provider is not affiliated with River Station and residents must accept their terms of service agreement to participate.

To accommodate the many professionals who move to our community for positions at West Chester University or the numerous corporations located throughout the area, River Station offers short-term furnished leases. There is a three-month minimum, and rates vary depending on the floor plan size.

Our pet policy allows 2 animals (dogs or cats) per apartment with a one-time non-refundable animal fee of $350 for one pet and $500 for two pets along with a monthly pet fee of $35 per animal.
